We saw an immediate improvement in Hera's ability to walk to heel, with other areas of obedience improving over the next months. Especially important was training in reducing her jumping up at people, which had started to become a major problem as our puppy became a full sized dog. Now we have a toddling baby around the house this has proven especially important!
Jock's been impeccable with his reliability over the three years on pick up and drop off times- returning a clean (even on rainy and muddy days) and tired dog; flexible with being able to add or change days when needed; and generous with his time to talk through helpful training and obedience tips.
